Pollution Control

Oil Separators

Marsh oil separators stop oil and hydrocarbon pollutants from reaching drainage systems and the wider environment.

  • Bypass, full-retention and forecourt separators, plus wash-down separators and silt traps
  • Designed and tested to BS EN 858 Parts 1 & 2
  • Bypass models suit lower-risk areas; full-retention separators treat the full flow on higher-risk sites
  • Typical uses: car parks, roadways, industrial estates, vehicle workshops, fuel storage sites and petrol stations
  • Robust, corrosion-resistant tanks with coalescing filters, automatic closure devices and oil skimmer plates
  • Nanofiltration technology achieves discharge below 0.1mg/litre — well under the 5mg/litre Class 1 standard

  • Biological treatment, plus additional processes where needed, removes contaminants before discharge or reuse
  • Advanced options available for further reduction of ammonia, phosphate and nitrates

WellWater Range

Pump Stations

The Marsh WellWater range serves sites where wastewater, effluent or water can't be moved by gravity alone.

  • For sites where wastewater, effluent or water can't be moved by gravity alone
  • Fluids collect in an underground chamber and are pumped automatically to the mains sewer or treatment system
  • Range of sizes and capacities, with single or twin pumps and pre-assembled pipework
  • Variable invert depths and flexible inlet and outlet configurations
