DND Construction Technicals (FZE) is a UAE-based specialist in sustainable rain-to-drain solutions, infrastructure drainage and construction technical solutions, combining decades of industry experience with practical engineering knowledge and a strong understanding of project requirements.
We work alongside manufacturers, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and government authorities to bridge the gap between technical requirements and practical, commercially viable solutions. Our role extends beyond product supply — we work with project stakeholders to understand each application, identify the appropriate solution and provide technical guidance from the early stages of design and specification through to supply and commissioning.
With access to specialist products from established European manufacturers, DND supports infrastructure projects with solutions across stormwater and surface drainage, oil-water separation, access systems, flow control, specialist pipe connections, concrete technologies and other critical infrastructure applications.

Founder | DND Construction Technicals (FZE)
With over 35 years of experience in infrastructure and pavement solutions, Dom Nayee brings extensive international knowledge and practical expertise to DND Construction Technicals (FZE).
Throughout his career, Dom has been involved in major infrastructure projects across international markets — including Jeddah Islamic Port, Dhaka Port, Bangalore Airport and Manila Port — working with and supporting globally recognised consultants, contractors and infrastructure organisations including Jacobs, AECOM, DP World, Archirodon and China Harbour, among others.
His experience spans complex pavement, drainage and infrastructure applications, giving him a detailed understanding of how individual components must work together to create effective, durable and sustainable solutions. Today, that experience forms an integral part of DND's approach to rain-to-drain solutions — evaluating the requirements of each project and helping develop solutions around its specific technical, environmental and operational needs.
His philosophy remains central to DND: understand the application first, then engineer the right solution around it.
